Logging In

1. Go to https://app.hubspot.com

2. Log in with your assigned Housing Condito email and password.

3. Use the main navigation bar to switch between CRM, Marketing, Reporting, and Library.

We categorize tickets into:

• CV Ketel inspections

• Incasso

• Move Out

• Viewings

• Internal meetings

Create a New Ticket

• Go to Sales > Tasks

• Click “Create Task”

• Fill in:
  - Title
  - Due Date & Time
  - Priority
  - Assign to a team member
  - Link to relevant Contact / Deal / Listing

• Save & check off when completed
